MatthewWilcox/Memdescs rather blithely says that there will be a 'struct movable'.  Let's try to flesh that out a bit.

 * Filesystem folios are inherently movable.  We go through the folio->mapping->aops->migrate_folio() path.
 * Anonymous folios are also inherently movable.
